By using PwesTo you agree to these Terms. If you use PwesTo on behalf of a business, you represent that you can bind that business to these Terms.

Service

PwesTo provides software for bookings, POS, rentals, inventory, staff, and analytics. Features depend on your subscription package and enabled modules.

Accounts & acceptable use

Keep credentials secure. Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable Philippine laws. Facility owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and customer dealings.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Fees are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PwesTo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
